
Wendy Lamont
Wendy Lamont is a seasoned transformation executive and client-focused strategist with over two decades of experience in global consulting and organizational change, honed through roles at Accenture, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Kearney. She has led and executed large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, helping clients in diverse sectors—such as financial services, life sciences, and consumer packaged goods—realize measurable value.
During her tenure at IBM Wendy was one of the founding executives of the Digital Division, which was comprised initially of 17 XaaS brands, a mix of acquisitions and IBM Brands. Recruited, trained & led all new high performing team to support accelerated growth mission in a first of a kind business model for IBM. Leadership duties included all business activities from Strategy through Execution, using fully Agile management techniques, and frequent IBM Board Level updates.
A frequent advisor to boards and executive teams, Wendy supports clients in aligning their strategic objectives with practical solutions, leveraging her insights in governance, organizational structure, and operational excellence. She is actively involved in the Fordham Gabelli School of Business Advisory Board and participates in community and professional boards, reflecting her commitment to mentorship, cultural engagement, and social impact. She is also a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), recognized for her expertise in supply management and operational strategy.
